1967, a very good year

I lived through 348 days of 1967, and although I don’t remember any of it, I’m sure it was a very good year.

I was born at the West Gippsland Hospital in Warragul and my parents lived just a few miles away towards Nilma.

Looking back on 1967 it seems to have been a break-out year, with post-war austerity largely forgotten, but Vietnam serving to threaten peace and prosperity.
