Happy Christmas to all readers!
The twins were slow off the mark this morning after having trouble getting to sleep last night.
Once they were settled in bed I crept outside their bedroom window and called out “Ho ho ho, merry Christmas”.
Juliet went to check on them and they told her they had just heard Santa!
James was first up at about 6.15am.
My mother and sister are visiting and we had a lovely time opening presents.
I’m not eating breakfast this morning. We’ll start our lunchtime feast around midday.
It was a pleasantly cool morning, nine degrees, heading for a top of 22 today.
