My Grandmother, Ivy Pickett was the daughter of Thomas Pickett and Louisa Mary Lehmann. Louisa Mary Lehmann was the daughter of Wilhelm Lehmann and Mary Lousia Scott (Marie Louise Scott) and Mary Louisa Scott was the daughter of Richard Marr Scott and Lucy Heeps. Richard Scott is believed to be the son of Winfiled Scott. In Richards death notice it says he was 'son of the late Gen Winfield Scott of the USA.. American papers please copy".
