Testing a new template

June 14th, 2005 | 2 Comments | Posted in Personal

Regular readers will notice I’m experimenting with a new Word Press template. I was loathe to depart from my neat-looking pastels, and may return, but I’m rather keen to implement a three-column layout if I can make it work.

The strength of this template is it uses 100 percent of the screen. I just need to tweak the blocks, banner and style sheet.

I attended three long meetings for work today and don’t have the energy for much more tonight.

I like the 3 column layout, as you know. If you’re going to present a bunch of info it’s the way to go.

This one has very similar colours to your previous (latent?) theme and , like that one, has plenty of white space. I think it looks nice. :)

Thanks for the feedback Andrew. These colors are growing on me. They’re still light, which I prefer. You can fit a lot more content in three cols using the whole screen, that’s for sure. I want to view it on a 15 inch monitor though, just to check how it appears.
