One of my work colleagues is passionate about animal welfare. I can’t say it’s a subject I’ve ever taken a great interest in, but it’s reassuring to know there are people who care.
Jesse needed help to establish an organisational structure and web site. She provides blankets for animals in rescue shelters and is receiving donations from all over Australia.
The web site is a work in progress. It can be seen at www.knittedwithlove.org. I’m hosting the site free of charge initially and set up the Word Press template.
I’ve also volunteered to serve on the board of the incorporated association that’s being established.
