I’ve been using DivShare for most of my online file storage for the past couple of months. I have a user account which means I can keep track of my uploads.

Having my own domain it’s possible, of course, for me to upload files directly to the server or through Wordpress. I want to save bandwidth though, so a third-party service is very handy.

I used to have lots of photos on my server and found they consumed a massive amount of bandwidth.

Tonight I learnt that DivShare has released a plugin to enable direct uploads from blog posts in place of the Wordpress default tool.

I’m testing it here by uploading the plugin itself.
