Bigpond and Gmail

I use Gmail for most of my personal email. In the past week I’ve been getting a lot of error messages, basically whenever I send something to a Bigpond address.

At first I thought I might have had the wrong address for a particular person. I updated my contact book and tried again. In the last couple of days I’ve had nearly a dozen emails bounce back to me with error messages.

This topic has been discussed on the Whirlpool forums and it seems there is no explanation.

I’ve had trouble before with gmail addresses being blocked as spam, but this is the first time I’ve found them blocked by an entire ISP. It reflects poorly on Australia’s biggest provider that they haven’t immediately fixed the problem.

I’ll have to get around this by sending messages from another email address until Telstra gets its act together.

At least you *get* a bounce. Oftentimes from my CIA address messages just disappear into the ether…

The Gmail problem with Bigpond continues, according to reports on Whirlpool.

Not only that, it seems that Bigpond customers are having trouble accessing sites based in the United States, including this one which is hosted by Site5.

ABC telly is really full of stuff to keep you in touch with your lesbian side.

Last night was the night to put the barriers to your inner self aside and hang out with the lesbians in their own backyard.

Alice Springs is on the map, being the lesbian capital in Australia and there are lots of girls to choose from.

The professional lesbians (people in high places) are known as the A Team.
The reguar lesbians (taxi driver, blue collar workers) are known as F Troup.

This has to be good for tourism

Funny thing Ebony, the girl didn’t protest, it was one of her relatives.

But generally speaking you’re right, too few people accept responsibility these days for their actions.

I worked in PR for a while and it’s a strategy to blame someone if you need to explain bad news or poor behavior. Most people are like that too.
