The right sidebar, as you point out, appears beneath the footer. (In FF it's OK). I've had the same problem with FF and IE reading pages differently.  In my case I've always missed a closing  anglebracket-slash-div-anglebracket. And, unfortunately not always in the post I think caused the problem (due to noticing the problem too late).
