I make a point never to phone Centrelink because I hate listening to their long and boring selection of music while on hold (sometimes they put you on hold for a year). The 5 secret questions and answers thingo!! Its okay until you forget. Then you are back to square one....the website won't let you in...because your proof of ID has gone belly up.
