Windy weather signals change of season
I don’t mean for this blog to become political, but those are the things that are interesting to me at the moment.
I’m intrigued by the appeal of Sarah Palin to many Americans and the apparent mediation in Zimbabwe.
Along with the ongoing WA election saga there would be plenty to write about. Instead, I just want to comment it was very windy in Mount Gambier today.
It was clear and sunny with a strong northerly wind. If that occurred in summer it would also be very hot, I imagine.
I played tennis with Michael at courts across the road from our house. Serving into the wind was extremely difficult.
My mother and sister are visiting.
This is the first weekend in months we haven’t needed to transport Kathleen or Michael to hockey or soccer. It’s a short respite with summer sports about to start.
