Latest baby milestones
There are some new milestones to report for the twins. Margaret is nearly crawling. She’s able to move herself a couple of metres and it won’t be long before she’s fully mobile.
We have a large rug on the living room floor and lay the babies there for much of the day. When she’s full of beans after a sleep, Margaret takes off and gets into mischief. This morning she raided the nappy bag and video rack.
The news for James is that he’s weaned himself. That’s a year ahead of the two older children and I’m not very impressed. He goes through a tin of formula in three days and they’re expensive!
We introduced both babies to bottles because some bright spark said it would fill their tummies and help them to sleep better at night. That worked with James, but not Margaret, and now James doesn’t want breast milk any more. Juliet is nonplussed by it all.
