I’ve been writing here for nearly two years, and just about every time I comment on the weather it changes immediately afterwards to prove me wrong.
So I’m now inviting this to occur by remarking on how dry it is here in sunny Porepunkah, and how we haven’t had a cold day yet this year.
The nights are cold, as you’d expect in May, but there hasn’t been a cold snap yet or anything to prompt jumper wearing in the daytime.
We’ve only had 276mm rain so far this year and 155mm of that fell in February.
By writing here I hope to persuade the powers above that they should prove me silly by dumping rain and snow in the next fortnight!
