Adelaide 2011 weather summary

I have just completed my first full year of living in Adelaide, summer was milder than I expected and the weather data backs that up.

I thought the year was wetter than normal, but total rainfall was slightly below average after a couple of dry months to finish the year.

Highest maximum: 42.9 on January 31
Lowest maximum: 11.4 or July 12

I can belatedly report that I recorded 1111mm of rain in 2004 at our home in Porepunkah. This is slightly below the official long-term average for Bright of 1153mm.
