Being a pragmatic, skeptical and cynical type I don’t profess to believing in horoscopes, but I do find them interesting and there’s a part of me which wants to believe.
If you accept the stereotype, I’m a fairly typical Capricorn. In the Chinese astrological universe I’m not only a Horse, but a Firehorse.
I like reading the Capricorn horoscope on Yahoo and the Firehorse equivalent on Facebook.
They don’t predict my fortune, by any means, but they occasionally offer the insight of a fortune cookie.
A Chinese horoscope recently was quite poignant. It said something like: “You feel like you are wallowing in a mud pit, but it’s amazing who you can meet down there!”
