I worked with Peter for a number of years at Kalgoorlie College. Peter did have a passion for flying and I remember when Peter was doing his pilot’s licence I was privileged to go up with him.

Peter was killed in Toodyay in Western Australia.

My great grandmother was Annie O’Loughlin B:abt 1861and both she and her sister Beatrice O’Loughlin B:? came to Aus. from Ireland after the premature death of their parents. Beatrice married Charles Traboldt abt 1889 and I believe they either owned or ran a hotel in Kalgoorlie. Charles died 1924 and Beatrice abt 1942 they are both burried in Coolgardie, Kalgoorlie. The sisters had a brother James and he worked in a hotel in Adelaide with Beatrice some time after they arrived in Aus. O’Loughlins also ran a hotel in Perth. I think they had an Aunt McCann with them in Aus most likely she settled in Adelaide. James died in Adelaide 1929 and Annie in 1930 in Mildura Vic. Annie married John Smith and they had 10 children, one was my grandmother. Don’t know if this is of help…hope so, cheers Lynette

Beatrice married Charles at Kalgoorlie in 1899. Charles died in 1924 and Beatrice in 1942 at Coolgardie. I am after the names of her family member in South Australia. Cheers Ian

I am researching an O’SULLIVAN family and have found Thomas Austin O’Sullivan who died in East Coolgardie in 1970, he is on electoral rolls in the area before that, his wife Lilian Olive O’Sullivan died in Plantaganet in 1972, and what I hope were his sons Thomas Charles (on 1943 electoral roll in Brown Hill Kalgoorlie) and Maurice ( on electoral roll in Kalgoorlie in 1936)
I would appreciate any information about these people
