Red eyes

I have a problem with allergy-related red eyes. It’s pretty much constant, but peaks in the spring from late August to mid December. The treatment is to use over-the-counter eye drops, usually Naphcon, which is moderately effective. This year I suffered extreme redness in both eyes for about three weeks and had regular headaches for most of that time as well. There was no sign of improvement, so I asked a pharmacist if I should try different drops.
Move completed
I moved to Adelaide in early May. Son Michael followed in early October. Juliet, Kathleen, James and Maggie arrived yesterday, seven months after I left Mount Gambier. It’s great to have the family all together again. Tweet Pin It
Fascinating adoption story

The SBS program on Rod Marsh’s intriguing family history was great viewing. Marsh’s father was adopted, but Rod never knew why until recently. He discovered his biological grandparents through archival searches and conversations with cousins. His grandmother divorced her husband after WW1 to live with Rod’s grandfather and then died giving birth. His grandfather put their three children up for adoption and reunited with his wife. Rod’s adopted grandparents were equally intriguing.
Samsung Galaxy S bricked
I bricked my Samsung Galaxy S phone trying to upgrade the firmware to Froyo via Kies. It’s still under warranty, so I took it back to the store this morning. They said it might be three weeks before I get it back! Tweet Pin It
